Aaron and Imran Arjoon

The Savior quoted Isaiah 61:1 in Luke 4:18:  "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised."

Aaron Arjoon baptized on April 20, 2013 by Mark Cummings who was baptized in January of 2013.

Two weeks after he was baptized, Aaron Arjoon baptized his brother Imran Arjoon on May 4, 2013

Sarah Arjoon and Flat Stanely who was mailed to Trinidad by our granddaughter Elsa Christiansen.  Flat Stanley has seen a lot of Trinidad on her short visit here.

A family filled with love and little of worldly things.  Aaron has been very sick during his 18 years of life.  He has been faithful in attending the branch and shortly after he was baptized he became quite ill.  He came to sacrament meeting so he could partake of the sacrament and after the meeting he felt so ill we had to take him home.  He requested a priesthood blessing and I asked him if he had the faith to be healed and he said yes.  We have seen him on several occasions since and he always tells us how wonderful life is.  We have been transferred to Tobago and will miss them terribly - we intend to stay as close as possible.
